DIRECTIONS: Add 1-2 scoops of Footsy's Farmacy Foot Soak Powder into a foot soaking container filled with warm water. Soak your feet for 5-10 minutes. Then take a pumice stone or foot file and gently rub on the rough spots or calluses. Do not over rub! Rinse feet well and dry thoughly. Rub your feet with Footsy's Farmacy Foot Cream, then cover with clean dry socks, preferably white cotton. Use twice a week to help soften rough feet and calluses.
