All Bliss Subscriptions are "gift" ready. If you're giving a Bliss Subscription, just tell us at checkout the occasion and what you'd like your card to say. We'll take care of it.
Paradisa is our lucious Summer fragrance. Inspired by Bird of Paradise flowers, Paradisa is warm tropical breezes with a soft, sweet honey background, with essenses of tuberose, white gardenia, whispers of neroli, freesia and sweet pea.
HOW: You choose your Subscription. Subscribe, create your account and fill out your billing information and the shipping address. Please double check your Shipping Address as many buildings don't accept deliveries without the Apt, Suite or Building number.
WHAT: Every month or seasonal quarter we send you blissful choices of our Handmade Soaps or Bath & Body Products, depending on your Bliss Subscription choice. We're sorry, we're unable to take specific fragrance requests.
ORDERING: Our Bliss Subscriptions are currently only available in the lower 48 states in the United States. Subscriptions are not available for local pick up or hand delivery. Subscriptions are a stand alone product and cannot be combined with other orders.
Monthly subscriptions will auto-renew. It may be canceled anytime. Your Monthly Bliss subscription will auto-renew on or about the same day of the month as when you first subscribed to it. Once paid, that Subscription payment is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your subscription, it may be canceled anytime by going to your account and canceling BEFORE the next scheduled Subscription payment.
A Yearly Subscription is just that: Prepaid a year in advance. These are non-refundable and non-proratable.
SHIPPING: We ship your Bliss Subscription by USPS Priority Mail, which has Tracking and insurance. We do not offer Express Shipping. Because these are Handmade Natural Products and we have no control of USPS Postal Routes, transit times and the weather, if the Shipping Date falls after Wednesday or on a weekend, we will ship the following Monday. This protects your purchase and there is much less risk of your Bliss Subscription sitting in a hot or freezing delivery truck over the weekend and being ruined. We will email "Shipped" notices.
DAMAGED or MISSING SUBSCRIPTION: If your Bliss Subscription arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hrs (2 days) of arrival. Please take pictures of the damaged items and the packaging and email them to us right away. USPS will require pictures of the damages. If your Bliss Subscription has not arrived within 10 days of our "Shipped" notice, please email us immediately so we can check the USPS Tracking and if need be, get a replacement sent out to you. Please first check on your porches, and if you use them, your Post Office Box or Mail Box store, your neighbors and especially with anyone who lives with you, because sometimes people get really busy and forget.
